Before an application can be processed, we will

screening fee per adult applicant. An
application is usually processed within 24-48

Submit the required deposit and fees to our office to
secure the home after your application
is approved. |

Sign the lease, submit prorated rent for your
first month and when the day for your move
comes, pick up the keys to your new home! |
