:: Leasing Process

 
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3...

 

1. Fill out an application. Drop it off at 2511 N. Telshor, fax it  to (575)521-3457, or e-mail it to our office. Before an application can be processed, we will need a $15 screening fee per adult applicant. An application is usually processed within 24 hours.

   

 
 
2. Submit the required deposit and fees to our office to secure the home after getting your application approved.
   

 
 
3. Sign the lease, submit prorated rent for your first month and when the day for your move comes, pick up the keys to your new home!
