Fill out an
application. Drop it
off at 2511 N. Telshor,
fax it to (575) 521-3457, or
e-mail it to our office.
Before an application can be processed, we
require a $15
screening fee per adult applicant. An
application is usually processed within 24
hours. |

2.
Submit the required deposit and fees to our office to
secure the home after getting your application
approved. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
3.
Sign the lease, submit prorated rent for your
first month and when the day for your move
comes, pick up the keys to your new home! |
